Alpha Mobile vs. myAlpha Vibe

The Challenge:
Designing for two vastly different demographics, established bank users (parents) and Gen Z/Alpha beginners (ages 14-18) required a split-UX strategy.
A dual-path ecosystem that provides parents with the control they need and teens with the digital autonomy they crave

Design Rationale:
Alpha Mobile (The Parent):
Focused on Efficiency & Trust. The UI utilizes a clean, professional architecture designed for high-frequency tasks and complex financial security.
myAlpha Vibe (The kid): Focused on Engagement & Education. We shifted the UX toward a "gamified" and "lifestyle" approach. The interface uses bolder visuals and simplified micro-interactions to build financial literacy and brand loyalty early on.
The Bridge: While the visual "skin" and tone of voice differ to match the user's maturity, both apps share the same underlying security and robust technical infrastructure.
